Unlimited use of the pool

Monthly Rates: (Taxes Included)
Residency at Parmly LifePointes	$25.00
Second household member:	$15.00
Community Adults:	$45.00
Second household member:	$30.00

Health Insurance Reimbursement of $20.00 per month is available to eligible BCBS, Definity and UCARE.

Independent use of the facility is available 7 days per week with early morning through evening hours. Personalized time is by class schedule or appointment. No lifeguard on duty.

ORIENTATION & REGISTRATION

Please come and learn more about the Vitalize! Wellness Centre.

We will give you an orientation tour and explain the registration packet. When the registration packet is complete, we can finalize your membership.

Please call (651) 257-7957 to make an appointment so we can be prepared to assist you.

We schedule appointments for Monday through Thursday at 11:00 and Tuesday & Thursday evenings at 5:00 p.m.

Arrangements can be made for a special appointment if those offered do not accommodate your schedule.
