Weight Loss for Optimal Health
with Carrie Zvonar, 257-3914
Carrying excess body fat contributes to many chronic health conditions, such as high blood pressure and diabetes. Excess weight also places an extra burden on the joints and contributes to pain and inflammation. The loss of muscle tissue that occurs with aging can be reversed, and this contributes to better health.

Arthritis Class

This is a program designed to allow you to share experiences with others who may have arthritis, or fibromyalgia. We will discuss the latest pain management techniques, how to manage fatigue and stress, ways to deal with anger, fear, frustration and depression, exercise, and nutrition in arthritis management.

Alzheimer's and Memory Loss Support

Joy of Being: T'ai Chi Chih

20 simple, repetitive non-strenuous movements, which can be performed by anyone, regardless of age or physical condition. T’ai Chi Chih promotes relaxation, serenity, improved flexibility, stamina, balance, circulation, vision, control of weight and blood pressure, and strengthened joints and bones. It is a set of movements completely focused on the development of energy, called Chi.

Watsu in the Pool
