Vital Aging

Vitalize! Two dynamic group exercise options:   

Reach for the Stars senior wellness program includes personalized training by a certified instructor.  Meet new friends and stay healthy through stretching, resistance training, aerobics, yoga, and mental fitness exercises.  Our "Reach for the Stars" programs are funded through a grant from the Greater Twin Cities United Way.  Classes are held Monday, Wednesday and Fridays at various locations throughout the Chisago Lakes area.  For more information call 651-257-7957. 

Halsa Klubb exercise group uses senior-friendly Nautilus equipment in the expanded therapy area at the Vitalize! Wellness Centre, Mondays and Wednesdays at 1 p.m., 2 pm. and 3 p.m.

Studios of Art

Studios of Art offers space, instruction, and cameraderie for woodworking, painting, crafts, dance, music, media and technology, all in an open, creative setting.  Special offerings include guest speakers, journaling workshops, book clubs, art openings, culinary arts, gardening and poetry readings.  Monthly class calendars and sign-up sheets are available at Vitalize!Wellness Centre.  Click HERE for Studios of Art Events & Class Calendar.  For more information call 651-257-7957. 

Vital Aging Volunteer Corps works with community partners and the Parmly LifePointes communities to identify volunteer opportunities and recruit and match volunteers based on their knowledge, skills, interests and availability.  We offer opportunities for seniors to engage in social, recreational, intellectual and vocational activities, promoting active aging.
