New Wellness Centre Director:

Vitalize! Wellness Centre Director, Patricia Montgomery

Parmly is pleased to introduce Patricia Montgomery, our Wellness Director. She holds a B.S. degree in Recreation Administration from the University of Minnesota and is finishing her master’s degree in Holistic Health at the College of St. Catherine’s. She brings a variety of business skills as she also owns several companies with her husband. In her spare time, she volunteers doing energy therapy and aromatherapy at Woodwinds Hospital as well as participating and leading women’s spirituality programs.

With enthusiasm, she will tell you, “I am so excited to be here at Parmly as the new Wellness Director! The many areas of wellness are near and dear to my heart: social, physical, emotional, intellectual, spiritual and vocational.”

The Vitalize! Wellness Committee composed of staff, board members and from the local community began meeting on May 31. Patricia said, “I look forward to working with the committee to provide stimulating, vital activities and programs." This energetic group will be meeting through out the summer to help prepare for the Grand Opening.

Patricia will be developing many programming activities. The list, though, of possible programs is endless.
