At Home Care Service Packages

We offer three packages along with al a cart pricing:

Package A
Daily 15 minute wellness visit and medication reminder by a Home Health Aid.

Package B
Daily 30 minutes of morning or evening companionship, personal care assistance and medication reminder. Weekly linen change, bathing assistance and light housekeeping by a Home Health Aide.

Package C
Daily 30 minutes of morning or evening companionship and personal care assistance. Twice Daily medication reminder. Weekly linen change, bathing assistance and light housekeeping by a Home Health Aide.

Daily Services are seven days per week. Home Health Aides are trained to do a variety of tasks. If you don't see it listed here, please ask.

Ala Carte At Home Care Services:

  • Weekly medication set-up by an RN
  • Personal Care Assistance by Home Health Aide
  • Companion Services [per hour]
  • Foot Care by Home Health Aide [per visit]
  • Foot Care by an RN [per visit]
  • Eye Drops [per visit]
  • Medication Administration
  • Bathing Assistance
  • RN services [per hour]

We knew it would be a challenge to restore our transportation service, which is a crucial and essential service for our seniors living in a rural community.
